The Library of Things is a growing collection of things for Sioux Center Public Library patrons to check out – from cake pans to drills to science kits to lawn games to micro:bits. The collection supports lifelong learning and creativity by providing the physical tools necessary to explore new areas of interest and learn new skills.
By checking out and and using items from the Library of Things collection, I agree to a Release and Waiver of Liability (the “Release”), and, by doing so, I acknowledge and understand that I waive important legal rights to which I may otherwise be entitled by agreeing to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sioux Center Public Library, its volunteers, representatives, directors, officers and any and all of its agents and employees, from all claims, suits, and actions of any nature and description for or on account of any injury, damage, or liability to persons or property arising from the rental or use of the tools I may borrow from the library.
